In his nearly 30-year career as both a Construction Law Attorney, Robert L. Simon, Jr. has consistently and effectively defended homeowners and homeowner associations in complex litigation matters including, but not limited to, residential and commercial land use, environmental development, construction defects, vendor and/or builder breach of contract, property rights, and eminent domain.

With his extensive experience representing homes and communities, Simon’s expertise as a Florida-based homeowner’s association attorney also includes asissting with general management & legal counsel, advising on fiduciary management, and when necessary, filing litigation claims to responsible parties.

Simon is a Florida native; having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami. Simon operates out of the Florida office at Pursiano Law.
