leverages technology to maximize your case value.
Pursiano utilizes advanced High Performance Computing (HPC) simulations to analyze building performance, aimed at better predicting and minimizing future damage.
Accurate
Separating liability between materials manufacturers and contractors can be tough. Through our scientifically based HPC parametric analysis, we can isolate who is actually liable and responsible for the defective construction.
Customized
Weather, building materials, as-built construction, building use, and geographic location can impact building performance and analysis. Our approach lets us input details unique to your specific case, giving you an edge through advanced modeling science.
Proven
Our trial experience shows that data makes the difference. Pursiano’s unique application of HPC simulations provides highly accurate, scientifically supported evidence to back your claim for compensatory damages.
Predictive
These HPC parametric simulations also enable us to create highly accurate predictions of your building’s future performance that are backed by real world data. Simulating future performance results in identifying the best repair for your defective building.

OUR FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO LITIGATION COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES
In some cases, the litigation costs can be substantial, particularly in complex cases that require extensive expert investigation, discovery, and depositions. These costs can include expert investigative fees and costs, expert witnesses’ fees, court filing fees, arbitration fees, mediation fees, deposition costs, travel, and other expenses related to the litigation process. This can be a significant financial burden for a client, especially for individuals or small businesses.
To help ease this burden, Pursiano willadvance litigation costs in many situations. In such circumstances, we will offer contingency attorney fee payment plans to our clients. This often means we advance the litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees are paid as a percentage of the recovery at the end of the case, typically from the settlement or judgment proceeds. This allows our clients to pursue their case without worrying about the immediate financial impact. We also provide our services under a conventional hourly fee payment plan where the client pays for the litigation costs and attorney fees on a monthly basis.
