Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Case Updates & Timelines – notifications about your case status, progress, and upcoming steps.
  • Scheduling & Appointment Reminders – confirmations or updates for consultations, depositions, or mediations.
  • Document & Portal Notifications – secure links to review or sign documents through our client portal.
  • Court Notifications – information about hearings, time or location changes, or preparation reminders.
  • General Client Communications – updates, follow-ups, and availability messages from our team.

Message Frequency & Fees

  • Case Updates: up to 5 SMS per week during active case phases.
  • Scheduling & Reminders: typically ≤ 3 SMS per event.
  • Document Notifications: typically ≤ 5 SMS per week when documents require action.
  • Court Notifications: typically ≤ 3 SMS per proceeding.
  • General Communications: ad-hoc; will not exceed 5 SMS per day.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
