In his profession and in leisure, creativity is Andrew’s driving force.  Sparked by his passion for consuming and performing music, and his lifelong affinity for film, Andrew avoids a cookie-cutter attitude to legal representation, and instead turns a creative and intuitive eye toward problem solving.  Opportunities to try something new or to tackle an issue from a different angle motivate Andrew to achieve the best results possible for his clients.  This is crucial in litigation because every case is different and presents unique challenges.  It is with this mindset that Andrew successfully guides owners and community associations through complex construction litigation.

Andrew became a construction litigator the moment he graduated from law school.  Early in his career he defended design professionals against construction defect and delay claims.  But in 2016, he made an important career change.  Andrew knew he could most positively impact peoples’ lives by representing condominium and townhome associations and single-family residence owners against the builders that improperly constructed their communities and homes.  Now Andrew helps his clients recover the compensation necessary to fix their homes and get their lives back to normal.

Andrew represents owners across the Southeast in Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Nerd Alert:  Andrew collects records, fancies himself a bit of a movie buff, and has too much Star Wars memorabilia in his office (but don’t hold this against him).
