Laurel L. Barry Partner Laurel L. Barry is one of the founding partners of Pursiano Law LLP. With over 32 years of experience, Laurel has developed a tough unyielding and passionate reputation as a civil litigation attorney and advocate for protection of personal rights. She comes from a diverse background of hard rock miners, legal and medical professionals. In the true spirit of this background, Laurel’s approach to legal representation is to dig deep to discover the root cause of her clients’ problems and work with a team of forensic experts to develop sustainable solutions. Jason W. Bruce Partner At a young age, Jason learned the value of working hard and meticulously with a team to complete each mission. His father, a PhD Exploration geologist, exposed Jason to mining exploration as early as high school. Jason spent his summers working on mineral rights surveying teams and geotechnical crews mapping potential gold mines in the western United States. Jason worked side-by-side with cutting edge equipment and pioneers in the geophysics arena searching for the next multi-billion-dollar gold mines. Andrew J. Celauro Partner In his profession and in leisure, creativity is Andrew’s driving force. Sparked by his passion for consuming and performing music, and his lifelong affinity for film, Andrew avoids a cookie-cutter attitude to legal representation, and instead turns a creative and intuitive eye toward problem solving. Opportunities to try something new or to tackle an issue from a different angle motivate Andrew to achieve the best results possible for his clients. This is crucial in litigation because every case is different and presents unique challenges. It is with this mindset that Andrew successfully guides owners and community associations through complex construction litigation. Billy J. Brown Of Counsel Billy J. Brown is Of Counsel with Pursiano Law, LLP, and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2007. He received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida and studied at the University of Cape Town while getting his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining Pursiano Law LLP, Mr. Brown represented associations, developers, and resorts with complex 8-figure closings, right-sizing, and conversions. With 15-plus years of practice, he now devotes his practice to providing legal counsel to condominium and homeowner associations in matters ranging from turnover to termination, including compliance, contracts, disputes, and construction defect matters. David T. Pursiano Partner The son of a dentist and from a family of health care providers, Dave learned, at a young age, the value and importance of helping others. With a “just do it” attitude, Dave has, for over 40 years of his professional life, fought to protect the rights of a wide range of property owners in legal matters including construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and common interest community disputes. Robert L. Simon, Jr. Partner In his nearly 30-year career as both a Construction Law Attorney, Robert L. Simon, Jr. has consistently and effectively defended homeowners and homeowner associations in complex litigation matters including, but not limited to, residential and commercial land use, environmental development, construction defects, vendor and/or builder breach of contract, property rights, and eminent domain. Jonathan G. Lattie Of Counsel The son of a Navy man, Jon’s journey took him from the familiar rhythm of his father’s footsteps into the embrace of the Navy in 1984. Serving aboard the Guided Missile Cruiser, CG-33 USS Fox, he carved his path in Electronic Warfare, a combat veteran from Operation Earnest Will. The world was vast and wild, and Jon met it head-on, eyes wide open to the chaos and beauty of it all.
