W. Todd Demetriades is a partner with Pursiano Law, LLP, and licensed to practice law in Florida. He received his B.A. at Northwestern University and J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. During Mr. Demetriades’ 20 plus years of practice, he has represented residential and commercial real property owners, governmental entities, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and individuals with litigation matters involving construction defect claims and breach of contract claims.

Mr. Demetriades practices regularly in state and federal court as well as alternative dispute forums such as arbitrations and mediations.  He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and is admitted in all federal district courts within the state. In addition, Mr. Demetriades has served on the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar as well as its subcommittee on Electronic Discovery.
