Jason W. Bruce

Jason Bruce is a partner with Pursiano Law, LLP and licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Nevada and Washington. He received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Nevada and his J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law. During Mr. Bruce’s professional practice, he has represented owners, associations, developers, contractors and design professionals in complex construction law disputes. Since 2002, he has devoted his practice to representing condominium and townhome associations in construction defect matters as well as single-family homeowners in large joinder and class actions. He currently resides in Winter Park, Florida.
