David T. Pursiano is a managing partner of Pursiano Law, LLP, and is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. He received his B.A. at the University of Oregon and his J.D. from the University of San Diego. During Mr. Pursiano’s 40-plus years of practice, he has represented residential and commercial clients in the areas of bankruptcy, construction law, construction defect litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. He devotes his practice to representing residential and commercial real property owners with construction defect, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, and his firm litigates construction defect matters on behalf of condominium associations and homeowners throughout Florida, Nevada, and California.
