Billy J. Brown is Of Counsel with Pursiano Law, LLP, and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2007.  He received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida and studied at the University of Cape Town while getting his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  Prior to joining Pursiano Law LLP, Mr. Brown represented associations, developers, and resorts with complex 8-figure closings, right-sizing, and conversions. With 15-plus years of practice, he now devotes his practice to providing legal counsel to condominium and homeowner associations in matters ranging from turnover to termination, including compliance, contracts, disputes, and construction defect matters.
